1. Sponsor

The Klean Freak $5,000 Cancun Getaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by KLEAN FREAK LLC, doing business as Klean Freak (“Sponsor”), located at 2561 S 1560 W, Suite D, Woods Cross, UT 84087.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins October 20, 2026, at 2:00 PM MST and ends November 10, 2026, at 11:59 PM MST (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Sponsor's designated timekeeping system will be the official timekeeper. Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period are ineligible.

3. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C., who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and possessions, and locations where prohibited by law are ineligible.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its participating agencies, and their immediate family or household members are ineligible.

The winner and their guest must each have a valid passport and meet all applicable requirements for international travel to Mexico and return to the United States.

4. How to Enter

Online Entry: Visit https://www.kleanfreak.com/pages/cancun-giveaway during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the entry process using the Giveaway Ninja form.

Eligible entrants may also complete the optional entry activities made available through the giveaway platform, subject to the requirements displayed for each activity.

Purchase-Related Entries: The promotion currently advertises one (1) entry per eligible $1 spent on qualifying purchases, without a stated maximum. 

Free Mail-In Entry: Each eligible mail-in request will receive twenty-five (25) giveaway entries. To request entries without making a purchase, handwrite your full name, complete mailing address, email address, telephone number, and date of birth on a piece of paper and mail it to:

Each request must be mailed separately. Multiple mail-in requests are permitted, with no stated maximum.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 10, 2026, and received by November 17, 2026. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Sponsor may reject fraudulent, automated, incomplete, illegible, or otherwise invalid entries, subject to applicable law.

5. Additional Entry Activities

The Sweepstakes may offer optional activities such as following Klean Freak on Instagram, referring friends, and participating in promotional events.

Entries are awarded only when the applicable activity is successfully completed and verified under the published requirements.

Any event-specific bonus, including a Pinners Conference promotion, is subject to its advertised eligibility, availability, and verification requirements.

6. Grand Prize

One (1) grand prize winner will receive a four (4) night vacation to Cancun, Mexico, for two (2) people, including round-trip economy airfare and hotel accommodations.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $5,000 USD.

The actual retail value may vary depending on airfare, hotel rates, travel dates, and availability. Any difference between the actual value and the advertised approximate retail value will not be awarded in cash.

Airfare and Departure Airport

The prize includes round-trip economy airfare for the winner and one (1) guest from a major commercial airport reasonably near the winner's primary residence within the contiguous United States.

The departure airport will be determined by Klean Freak in consultation with the winner, subject to flight availability and reasonable travel arrangements.

Klean Freak will arrange and purchase all included airfare. Airlines, flight schedules, connections, and departure airports are subject to availability and Klean Freak's approval.

Transportation to and from the departure airport, airport parking, baggage fees, seat upgrades, and other additional airline charges are not included unless expressly approved by Klean Freak.

Hotel Accommodations

The prize includes four (4) consecutive nights of hotel accommodations in Cancun, Mexico, for the winner and one (1) guest.

The hotel will be selected, arranged, and booked by Klean Freak based on availability, travel dates, and the approved prize budget.

Specific resorts, room categories, views, amenities, and upgrades are not guaranteed.

Travel Dates and Booking Requirements

All prize travel must be completed within six (6) months of the winner's official notification.

Travel dates will be coordinated between Klean Freak and the winner, subject to availability and applicable booking restrictions.

Blackout dates, including major holidays and peak travel periods, may apply.

All flights and hotel accommodations must be booked or expressly approved by Klean Freak. Independently booked travel arrangements will not be reimbursed unless authorized in writing in advance.

If the winner is unable to travel within the required six-month period, the prize may be forfeited, subject to applicable law.

Passports and International Travel Requirements

The winner and their guest must each possess a valid passport that meets all applicable requirements for entry into Mexico and return to the United States.

Both travelers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary travel documentation at their own expense.

Failure to satisfy applicable travel requirements may result in prize forfeiture, subject to applicable law.

Expenses Not Included

Unless specifically stated otherwise, the prize does not include meals, beverages, ground transportation, baggage fees, travel insurance, excursions, gratuities, passport fees, personal purchases, resort incidentals, or other expenses incurred during the trip.

The winner and guest are responsible for all expenses not expressly included in the prize package.

Prize Restrictions

The prize is nontransferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Klean Freak reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable, subject to applicable law.

The winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary.

Once booked, travel arrangements may be subject to airline, hotel, and other provider cancellation or change policies.

Klean Freak is not responsible for additional expenses resulting from missed flights, travel delays, cancellations, lost travel documents, or circumstances outside its reasonable control, except as otherwise required by law.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The drawing is expected to occur on or about NOV 18, 2026.

The potential winner will be contacted using the information supplied with their entry and must respond within 3 BUSINESS DAYS.

Sponsor may require proof of eligibility, identity, age, residency, and travel documentation, as well as completion of legally permitted prize acceptance and tax forms.

If the potential winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, or cannot accept the prize, an alternate winner may be selected in accordance with applicable law.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. Travel Conditions

Travel dates and accommodations are subject to availability and Sponsor's approved booking arrangements.

The winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary unless otherwise approved by Sponsor.

Both travelers are responsible for meeting passport, immigration, and other travel requirements. Sponsor is not responsible for denied boarding or entry resulting from a traveler's failure to meet those requirements.

Travel changes, cancellations, and substitutions are subject to applicable law and the terms of the travel providers.

10. Taxes

The winner is responsible for applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize.

Sponsor may request information necessary for legally required tax reporting.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to investigate suspected fraud, tampering, abuse, or violations of these Official Rules.

Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes when circumstances beyond its reasonable control materially impair its operation, subject to applicable legal requirements.

No prize transfer, substitution, or cash redemption is permitted except as allowed by law.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be handled as described in the Giveaway Privacy Notice and Sponsor's applicable privacy policies.

Marketing communications are subject to the entrant's consent choices and applicable law.

13. Platform Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

Giveaway Ninja provides technology supporting the promotion but is not the prize sponsor.
